It’s always best to copy and paste usernames and passwords until you have learnt them. If you used your email address for the username, not all of the characters may have been allowed.

WorldPay is a world class and highly secure payment system. Taking it outside of our system means no bank details are stored on our server.
Your bank may require you to answer a couple of questions, or complete two characters out of a password you have created with them. This is for our customers’ protection and is a function the banks have added.
